One example is a fully automated system for clipping 32 clips in a 32-second cycle. The station operates as an end-of-line (EOL) solution: after clipping, the product is automatically checked, labeled, and sent just-in-time (JIT) to Tier-1 suppliers.

Checking fixtures

DKL Tech designs and manufactures checking fixtures for many different applications. Our unique fixtures verify the quality of headliners and other assembled parts such as sun visors and make-up lamps.

Some of these are our largest fixtures, while many are designed for smaller components. All fixtures are user-friendly and ensure precise, repeatable verification of products.
